Is "Supported" Hurting Your Resume?

Hiring Manager Verdict

'Supported' is the quiet career-killer on résumés. Whole careers get summarized as supporting other people's work. If you supported a launch, you also owned something inside it — the training, the schedule, the follow-up. Claim your piece by name, or the reader will assume you had none.
